account is for the payment of services ordered by
you or services required to be paid under your membership
plan. You have a responsibility
and obligation to check your balance regularly (weekly),
ensuring a positive account balance at all times.
If your account becomes overdrawn it will be suspended
- please see "Activating & Suspending"
below.
Getting
Information
Information
about your account is available under "Your
Account". You are able to view the current
balance, a detailed statement, the ladies you are
currently corresponding with and to view the current
status of your account.
Please
note: that sometimes service charges and funds
take a while to be recorded. As you review your
statement, please notify us by e-mail of any mistakes
in detail. Mistakes happen and we need to work together
to ensure that they are found and rectified as soon
as possible.
Activating
& Suspending
You
will be automatically notified by e-mail if your
account becomes overdrawn and your account will
be suspended (not closed). Ladies will be charged
during your account being suspended for services.
When you place more funds into your account and
you have a positive balance it will automatically
be reactivated.
Forgotten
Login or Password
If
you have lost or forgotten your login and/or password
please e-mail us, requesting your account login
and password. Your login and password will be
e-mailed to you on your registered account e-mail
address.
As
you review your statement please notify us by e-mail
of any mistakes in detail. Mistakes happen and we
need to work together to ensure that they are found
and rectified as soon as possible.

DO NOT WRITE OR DISCUSS POSSIBLE MISTAKES
ON YOUR ACCOUNT WITH LADIES. Your account
status is never discussed with the ladies.
Posting
anywhere on the internet of complaints about
possible mistakes in your account before bringing
the possible mistake to our attention and/or
giving us time to fully investigate is both
embarassing and counter productive to all.
We
can not guarantee the lady you choose to write to
will correspond with you exclusively or even marry
you. We guarantee that your money will be spent
on services ordered by you or services required
to be paid under your membership
plan.
If
you decide to close your account, 25% will be deduct
for administrative expenses. The remaining balance
if greater than $20.00 less postage costs and method
of refund costs will be forwarded to you. Please
be patient because it may take some time.
