well developed system of public transportation which comes
from old Soviet time and people have got quite used to
it. The
buses and trolley-buses can take you anywhere in this
town.
Taxis are everywhere in town and all they need to do just
to pick up a phone to get a taxi. In about 15 - 20 minutes
your lady can be where she needs to be. Safe and convenient.
